Cortona Remembers

9 Nov

Sunday, November 8, the people of Cortona celebrated National Unity and Armed Forces Day, or Giorno dell’Unità Nazionale e Festa delle Forze Armate.

Thanks for the parade, band, celebration in Cortona. Gli Italiani know how to celebrate.
I enjoyed the video and your photos while sitting here in Jerusalem. There are 25 pilgrims with me from Chicago, Arizona, South Carolina, Wisconsin. I will be home on Nov 13.
Next October 3-6, I hope to be in Assisi with a group. If you are in Cortona at that time, will see you there. Ciao! Il Signore vi dia la pace!
