   That was so lovely. Here in LA I am busy making face guards with inserts from the 3M Hepa filters for air purifiers. The mayor was on last night and asked if his dictum yesterday for face coverings came from the use by other cultures. He said “We don’t have cultures. we have cities.”
   A longtime artist friend in Shanghai has sent me 60 masks. If they are medical I shall donate them. She wrote: “I believe everything will be fine. The virus wouldn’t break into your house rudely and come in without invitation. Stay home, stay strong and stay healthy. I’m sure your rich life will help you to get through it.
   Spring will come as I draw.”
   Thank you for your wonderful translation. We are all one world. Stay safe.
